Having never used one before, we had concerns after hearing negative stories about other contractors. We decided to put our trust in Micah for our 2nd floor addition and could not have been happier. He was extremely personable from the start and went out of his way to make sure we were completely comfortable with him and his process. Micah’s whole team was extremely respectful of our home, always friendly, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves each day. Even though our living areas were under construction, the team made sure we continued to have access to everything we needed. When any unforeseen issues arose, Micah was always accessible and present to find the best solution. This was also the case with any mid-project changes we proposed. He stayed conscious of our budget and was upfront about any costs that our requested adjustments would add. We are still working on furnishing our new space, but we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Walking into our new master bedroom feels like walking into a luxury hotel. The changes added a cohesiveness to our entire home. Everyone that walks into our house can’t believe how beautiful it is, and how seamlessly everything fits. We are so grateful to Red Cloud for the work they put into our home! We would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable contractor. Our experience was positive from start to finish. Even our two year old daughter still talks about the team regularly.

Red Cloud Construction remodeled our 1960’s kitchen and entryway. The entryway had the original gold grass paper wall covering. It was changed to wood planking and looks fantastic! Very bright and welcoming. The kitchen was very dated with a tiled half wall that separated the kitchen and family room with shutter dividers. Not only did Micah and his team remove that half wall but had to remove the hot water radiator attached to it. Everything was done beautifully, in a timely manner and gave us a whole new look. It’s gorgeous and has allowed us to entertain so many with the expanded space. No down side to anything!

Wow, So glad we found Red Cloud! They made the daunting task of multiple projects at once on a strict timeline possible. Being on a VERY tight budget Micah was able to suggest great options to make things doable. Micah’s knowledge and professionalism made Red Cloud an easy choice. Full renovation of 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, all floors and some extra projects. Not only would I recommend Red Cloud to anyone, I can’t wait to hire them again for another property!

Previously, our basement was very cold and unfinished. Now, it’s the most popular spot in the house! From the start, Micah was very communicative, knowledgeable, and understanding for our needs. He worked with us to balance the renovation details with our budget and custom-made some amazing barn-style doors for our storage spaces. During the job, his team was very courteous, hard-working, and extremely clean. The job area didn’t feel dangerous or messy, and his team cleaned every day so we could enjoy watching the progress. Micah had a seamless installation schedule and understood the lead time for different materials so things were able to keep moving forward. My wife and I are so satisfied with this job and I’ll definitely be giving Red Cloud Contracting a call for future projects.

Overall, a terrific experience from the project planning stage through project completion. I had a complete room renovation and added a wall of windows. Micah worked with me to create just the right plan without overselling me. I didn’t exactly know what I wanted for certain areas, and Micah recommended some options being mindful of cost, that ended up exceeding my expectations. The team was efficient, thorough and tidy. A builder friend of mind critiqued the project post-completion with only praise for the work and detail. Upon completion, Micah met with me to make sure everything was done to my liking. AMAZING results after an AMAZING & STRESS-FREE renovation! I hired Red Cloud Contracting to remodel my kitchen, half-bath, & to replace mill work that had definitely seen better days.. We hired Red Cloud at the recommendation of our architect and were not disappointed! We added a room addition on the back of our house. From the beginning Micah was easy to talk to and very accommodating. He took care of every aspect of our project and it was finished on schedule as promised. It looks as if it was always there! We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend!

Micah and his team were excellent and easy to work with – very responsive and open to collaborating on design, and attentive to detail. They were committed to getting things done right – inevitably you run into little challenges during a project, and ours was a big project (full kitchen redo, first floor floors, stairs and new rails/spindles) – along the way the Red Cloud team was solution-focused if we ran into a hiccup, and the quality of the work was top notch and adhered to our budget. Not to mention that they were all around nice and respectful people to be around, so it was comfortable having them in our home daily. Very professional, highly recommend.
